We’re seeking a highly motivated Game Designer with exceptional skills in Unity, great understanding of game balance and level design. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the core gameplay of Engines of Fury, working closely with a talented team of designers, artists, and programmers to bring our vision to life.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Suggest, design and implement new game systems.
- Create and maintain design documentation, including feature metrics, specification and guidelines.
- Design new interior and exterior locations ensuring the most engaging PvPvE experiences.
- Maintain the current game databases and create new ones.
- Work closely with multidiscipline teams to ensure features are implemented according to spec.
- Bring fresh ideas to the table and solve complex design challenges with creativity and efficiency.
- Advocate for the player’s experience in all design decisions, ensure they always come first.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience working with the Unity editor.
- Deep understanding of weapon mechanics and how they influence gameplay.
- Proven experience in crafting levels focusing on PvPvE interactions.
- Strong skills in using either Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel for balancing and in-game data management.
- A self-starter attitude with a relentless drive to continuously improve the game itself.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a diverse team.
